Year 8 Students Participate in Faraday Challenge at Wycombe Abbey School
On Tuesday 14th January, six enterprising Year 8 students participated in the Faraday Challenge, a national STEM competition at Wycombe Abbey School.
Our competitive team faced off against local Grammar Schools, putting their engineering skills to the test to develop a product to meet a top-secret brief. Throughout the day, our team worked well overcoming many challenges and impressed the judge with their use of electrical and mechanical components in their design.
Although we did not walk away as winners our team did both themselves and the school proud with what they accomplished on the day. A big congratulations to all who took part.
